Initial Meeting
During our initial meeting we take the time to learn about your needs, budget, and goals. During the first meeting we will discuss your project in depth, answer any questions you may have, and give you expert advice to help you make smart choices.
Price Estimate
Upon successful completion of our meeting we would email detailed scope of work document as discussed during our initial meeting, and the estimated cost of your project .
Contract
Congratulations we have an agreement! upon approval of our estimate we will provide you with our contract packet, that will include all legal state required documentation, contract document signed by both parties.
Professional Project Managment
We know that building or remodeling can be stressful, that's why we offer a customized white glove project management service. Our dedicated project managers will keep you informed on the progress of your project. Assist you with shopping for your finished materials charge of every part of your makeover and make sure it stays on track and on budget.
Permit, architectural & plaining
Barzel Builders is your one stop shop when it comes to dealing with city and county Building and planing department. Our team of experts includes state certified architects and engineers who will work you through drafting, to submitting and approving architectural & engineering plans, under city code and state guide lines. We will file and follow up with city and county on any necessary permit related documents. We work hard, so you can worry less, as we understand how stressful this process can be.
Design
Our skilled designers will work closely with you to achieve your design goals and create a unique design plan that fits your budget and needs. We use the most innovative design tools to create 3D renderings of your project, those will assist you with decision making process, by providing you a realistic image of how your space will look like after remodeling.
Building
Once the design plan is completed, our skilled team will start the preparation and building process. We strive to provide our customer with a peace of mind on building or remodeling project, from demolition and hauling all garbage and debris, to foundation, framing, plumbing electrical work, waterproofing, roofing, exterior and interior walls, paint, tile installation of cabinets and all your finished materials. We will make sure that every detail is done
Final Tour
When building process is completed, we do a final tour with you to make sure that everything about the remodel is how you want it. Any unfinished business is taken care of, and we make sure you're happy with the result.
